This class is open to all skill levels and focuses on boxing fundamentals. It is a great option for people new to the sport or anyone looking to improve their skills in stance, footwork, punches, and holding focus mitts.
Boxing Workout is an hour-long class focusing on enhancing technique and stamina. Various trainers at St. Johns boxing have different styles and strengths, but a typical workout might include shadowboxing, jumping rope, mitt work, heavy bag work, defense drills, footwork drills, plyometrics, and technique drills. These classes are offered daily M-F and are a great workout.
This is our most advanced class. This is an hour and a half workout similar to Boxing Workout but with more advanced drills and an extra half hour of conditioning.
